Working in IPP as a Finance and Admin Officer is a challenging role. I learned that we need to provide efficient assistance to the Heads in the overall operations of the office. I am focused and observe financial discipline managing finance and accounts. I have worked in different industries and have experience with different Payroll and Accounting software like MSI, KEEPER, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office. I have specialized in Payroll, Government Taxation and Audit Reports, Cash and Reconciliation, Statutory and Management Reporting. My exposure and experiences in this field have contributed to effectively managing IPP BPO operations in Manila.
