In my combined experience of 7 years in Customer Service, 4 years in Speech Education and 14 years in BPO industry, I have acquired skills in handling extremely difficult situations, profiling different kinds of people, getting into small details of customer's issues and excellently organizing reports on the dot. I have honed a higher level of expertise and confidence that made my way of thinking more advanced and beyond imaginable at times. I have been able to manage professionalism in all occasions. Despite all these, never did I think that all the good works I have done for over 2 decades are solely mine. I've always believed in teamwork. I am still learning because learning does not stop as there are always new things to discover and if the job is well done, it's out of the combined effort of each individual in the team. In a company, not everyone is a manager, not everyone is a time keeper. That's how I appreciate the value of working together with a common goal. I have widened my skills and knowledge and have been passing them on to the future leaders following my steps. I've been handling very strong and stable account in IPP for years and is still going on because one precious ingredient I have kept spreading on is learning how to develop skillful leaders with high respect to integrity and with appreciation to entirety.
