In 10 years working hands on the Call Center industry, I developed skills and knowledge to take up the IT infrastructure challenges in the BPO industry. I have experienced in supporting small, medium and large enterprises end users. I have proved my ability in providing exemplary customer service and support based on identified needs. I am motivated and rise up to the level well under pressure with minimum supervision. I learnt that SUCCESS IS NO ACCIDENT. It is hard work, perseverance, ongoing learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all doing job with love and passion.
